Meet Christina May…
Christina May is a certified trauma-informed somatic practitioner with 10 years experience in the holistic healing and wellness space.
Her work integrates somatic practices, breathwork and holistic tools designed to restore the nervous system and expand emotional capacity. Her method is shaped from personal experience, utilising the most effective modalities she used to move out of a perpetuated survival state, heal chronic inflammation, navigate deep personal loss and break generational patterns.
Christina supports clients in building emotional resilience, deepening self-awareness and learning how to process emotions and stress stored in the body. Her approach simplifies complex concepts into a tangible and practical practice. While the mind often seeks explanation and understanding, the body is capable of healing in ways the mind cant always intellectualise or comprehend.
This practice invites cultivating a deeper connection and trusting relationship with your body’s innate intelligence. Sessions are structured yet intuitive, creating a supportive and safe container to drop into your body and explore what resides there.
